COVID-19 UPDATE

We are dedicated to providing you with Chiky Botanica products in the midst of this challenging time. Though we are not offering our products at events and markets until further notice, our online shop is remaining open. Due to the recent developments, we will be shipping orders more sporadically than usual. This means that our normal processing and shipping time of 3-6 days no longer applies. Please expect anywhere between 4-10 days to process and ship orders. We understand that this might not work for you and are happy to offer a full refund for your order if you can't wait. Thank you so much for continuing to support Chiky Botanica during this challenging time for us all. 

RETURN POLICY

As of now we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. Our products are carefully handcrafted, made in small batches and without any artificial preservatives. This results in a slight variation in our products sometimes. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us at info@chikybotania.com and we are more than happy to work with you to find a solution. 

SHIPPING

As we make all of our products by hand in small batches, ​please allow 3-6 days for orders to be processed and shipped. Shipping rates vary and are calculated during checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer international shipping. Please note that all international orders are subject to respective duties and taxes. International orders can take up to a month to arrive after they are shipped since they must go through customs. Once the parcel has been transferred our shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for any delays that may occur.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at info@chikybotanica.com. We are happy to send a replacement for any damaged item, however we ask that you take a photo of the product and packaging as evidence when filing a claim with our shipping company. 

WHOLESALE

Please allow 2 weeks for wholesale orders to be processed and shipped at this time.
